"For the first time in years big buyers took a serious economic hit. We saw the majority of the industry go into survival mode. Meaning, they reduced the selection of new styles and tried to sell out old stock before filling up the warehouse again. We began to see a deterioration in quality and design from our competitors. We even saw many give it up.

However, Mr. Lee wanted to take a different approach as the manufacturer of CapBanks Corp. He thought it would be best if we continued to bring a large selection of new styles for Leader, upgrade our textiles, equipment and expand our design team.

The result has been an upgrade in quality, with a better price to suit struggling buyers. The better textiles and equipment have opened up many new doors for private label opportunities that we were unable to sell before.
