Marie Galvin Marie opened a retail store in Boston’s historic
South End called GALVINized Headwear. Her workshop
is in the back of the boutique (where custom hats are
made for special occasions and weddings).
The store features a French inspired vanity area for
ladies and a lounge area for their guests. The boutique
has been written about by the media and The Boston
Globe recently chose Marie Galvin as one of Boston’s
25 most stylish Bostonians. The self-taught milliner
is from Ireland and lives in Boston.
