PUKKA HEADWEAR PARTNERS WITH CUTTER & BUCK ON HEADWEAR LICENSING AGREEMENT

Ohio based Pukka, makers of custom headwear, just signed a three-year licensing agreement with golfing apparel vendor Cutter & Buck (Nasdaq: CBUK). The Cutter & Buck Headwear Collection by Pukka will debut in November ‘06 and will be sold through promotional products distributors. The Collection will offer basic caps as well as customizable, made-to-order headwear - with low minimums.

Founded in 1990, Cutter & Buck is a designer and marketer of upscale, golf-inspired sportswear and outerwear. Based in Seattle, Washington, the company sells department stores, golf pro shops and resorts, specialty retail shops, direct mail catalogs and online at cutterbuck.com.

Cutter & Buck owns the license for Annika Sorenstam golf clothing.
