DENVER- BASED OURAY SPORTSWEAR IS RELOCATING TO THE FORMER IMPERIAL HEADWEAR HEADQUARTERS FROM THEIR FORMER LOCATION IN ENGLEWOOD

Ouray will be moving its manufacturing plant and 200 employees to 5200 E. Evans Ave. in southeast Denver in mid-May. Imperial Headwear recently moved to Aurora.

Ouray (founded 41 years ago) designs and manufactures apparel and headwear for corporations, resorts and colleges.

The relocation will allow Ouray to consolidate its operations into a one space. The 106,000 square foot location is twice the size of its current Englewood home and will house their Sportswear Factory Outlet Store as well as the Ouray Showroom that is now at the Denver Merchandise Mart.

"The relocation will allow us to operate more efficiently, streamline processes and modernize so we can deliver a high level of service to our customers," said Ouray CEO and President Mark Musselman. Musselman is the second generation to run the company. His father founded Ouray, previously called Ski Country Imports.
