MAKES CHARITY BENEFIT A SMASHING SUCCESS
The 5th Annual “Tulips & Pansies -
The Headdress Affair" for Village Care of
New York took place on May 15th at Bridgewaters
in Lower Manhattan.
New York floral designers worked with Betsey
Johnson, Heatherette, Bill Blass, Pamela Rolland
and David Rodriguez to create original headwear.
Extra's entertainment/fashion correspondent Tanika
Ray hosted the event.
