AMERICA – THE SIA – TO LAUNCH ONE-DAY
TRAVELING WORKSHOPS IN SEPTEMBER
The official kick-off of the Fall Educational
Workshops will include five new locations --
Springfield, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL;
Sacramento, CA and Salt Lake City, UT. The
Fall Education Workshops are developed to assist
the snowsports industry in making intelligent
and profitable decisions.
Each workshop includes breakfast and lunch plus
SIA will announce their “SIA SnowSports
Rep of the Year Awards” for each region. One
incentive for attending is the raffle for a free
room for the upcoming SIA.08 SnowSports Trade
Show (January 29-February 1) at the Las Vegas
Luxor – it will be raffled off to one workshop
attendee.
Workshop sessions are aimed at growing the snow
sports market, which include understanding the
snowsports consumer, Internet social marketing
and techniques to help position retail/company
staff as the “snow sports” experts.
