HELEN KAMINSKI WINS THE FGI SYDNEY AWARD FOR SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

Fashion Group International awarded Helen Kaminski the "2007 Award for Excellence". They won the award for their use of natural fibers, packaging elements that are recyclable and for their long term support of Madagascar production resources.

The award was presented at a Black Tie Gala event in Sydney, Australia. This is the first time the conference was held in Australia, which is home to the Helen Kaminski brand. Two hundred international delegates attended.

The Fashion Group International is a global non-profit organization established in America in the 1930's. Founding members include Elizabeth Arden, Eleanor Roosevelt, Helena Rubenstein and Edith Head. Today FGI has over 6,000 members in 42 countries.
