Color Code: It’s all about brightly colored accessories - whether coral patent or color-blocked. Corals, pinks, purples, reds, aqua and emerald greens are the strongest color choices. Beige takes over for spring where grey left off this fall.

It's Material: Patent leather and colorful metallic makes materials fresh. Gold is hotter than silver next year.

Artist's Way: It's all about the "hand of the artist," said Sandra Wilson of Neiman Marcus. Look for hand-painted details and those made to look like paint splatters.

Shape of Spring: Go global with woven bags with a tribal touch like beading or multi-colored patterning

Globetrotting: As with the clothes on the spring runways, accessories have a tribal bent to them next season. "You just have to pick a country," said one pro.
