OUR HAT WEARING GAL - BRITNEY SPEARS - MAKES THE WORST DRESSED LIST

Heiress Paris Hilton and Britney Spears were called “Screamgirls” by celebrity style commentator Mr Blackwell. Paris has graced the list for the last four years, being called "yesterday's cheesecake" and "the vapid Venus of Beverly Hills" by Blackwell. The pair were described as "two peas in an overexposed pod".

Paris and Britney have been seen partying together since news of Britney's split with hubby Kevin Federline, wearing plenty of outfits Mr Blackwell probably deplores.

Mr Blackwell's list of the worst dressed celebrities of 2006 also slams the royal Camilla Parker-Bowles, who, he claims, "in feathered hats that were once the rage, resembles a petrified parakeet from the Jurassic age".

From what I can gather Mr. Blackwell does not like women in Hats. Both Camilla Parker-Bowles and Britney are rarely seen without a hat on. That’s not a good thing for the headwear industry – but sometimes you have to have a sense of humor about things – and this is one of those times!
