FASHION GURU ANDY GILCHRIST HAS A THING OR TWO TO SAY ABOUT WEARING A HAT TO THE BANK:

We reported that banks in Arkansas were outlawing the wearing of hats inside their banks. The law, called “No hats, No Hoods, No sunglasses” was created to stop the rash of bank robbers who use disguises in the form of hats, hoods and sunglasses. Since 2006 the number of bank robbers has increased 30 percent in Arkansas.

Well, Gilchrist weighed in on the subject, and this is what he had to say: “Maybe what they need is not a hat ban, but just an enforcement of Hat Etiquette since no real gentlemen would ever wear his hat inside a bank!!”

So...folks now you have it. Gentlemen shouldn’t wear their hats inside a bank. I suppose it is only polite to inform potential bank robbers that their hat etiquette is in need of repair. But then again, I think I’ll pass on this task.
