THE ROYALS MAKE DERBY DAY AT CHURCHILL DOWNS

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip stood with Will and Sarah Farish on Derby Day at Churchill Downs in Kentucky. Although the visit was pretty much hush-hush, we hear the Queen was wearing a pink hat with cream trimming.

The governor, who received an etiquette briefing on how to act around her majesty, offered to let the queen present the Derby Trophy, but her security wouldn’t allow it.
