LEGENDARY HOLDINGS TO MAKE OLD GUYS RULE GOLF AND ACCESSORY COLLECTION

Legendary Holdings announces a licensing agreement with 'Old Guys Rule'. The agreement gives Legendary Holdings the exclusive rights to develop and produce The 2007 Old Guys Rule Golf Collection to be sold to golf facilities worldwide as of March 2007.

The Old Guys Rule Golf Collection will be upscale apparel, headwear and accessories sold to golf pro shops, resorts, specialty retailers and department stores.

"Old Guys Rule is targeted to the 40-plus male Baby Boomers – which is 70 percent of the marketplace for the country club courses, resorts and specialty retailers.

Even in the Champions Tour, over the past three seasons players 55 and older have won 37 percent of all the events.
