BROADMARK SIGNS LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH EXPLORER GEAR OF CANADA FOR gCAP

Explorer Gear, Inc. has licensed the gCAP™ by Broadmark Inc.gCAP™ securely holds and protects sunglasses, glasses, pencils, pens, flashlights etc. from falling off a hat, visor or cap.

Under the terms of the royalty-bearing agreement, Broadmark gives Explorer Gear a license to develop, manufacture and distribute their headwear with gCAP™ technology.

Explorer Gear is a Markham, Ontario based company licensed by Callaway to manufacture and market Top-Flite™ to retailers in Canada and the US. Explorer Gear makes private label and labeled headwear for retailers and distributors.
