GOGIE GIRL PARTNERS WITH LPGA

Gogie Girl has been named an official licensee of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) for 2008 and 2009.

Gogie Girl, headwear designed exclusively for women, will donate five percent of the profits generated by LPGA-branded products to The LPGA Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, for scholarships for junior golfers.

“Partnering with a women’s organization like the LPGA is an ideal fit for us since we’re a woman-owned business and we specialize in women’s headwear,” said Gogie Girl co-owners Cindy Gilmore and Vicky Waldorf, wife of touring professional Duffy Waldorf. “And donating a portion of our profits to The LPGA Foundation totally ties in with one of our corporate goals, which is to donate a percentage of all our profits to charity”.

Many major retailers carry the Gogie Girl line of hats, including Golfsmith, PGA Tour Superstores, Edwin Watts Golf, Roger Dunn, Van’s Golf Shops, and hundreds of green grass accounts across the United States. Gogie Girl hats will be worn by several well-known LPGA players in 2008.

Gogie Girl is a manufacturer and marketer of baseball caps designed exclusively for women. The hats feature soft silk-like linings, fashion-forward colors, and enough room to wear a ponytail. A signature Swarovski crystal is added for a special Gogie Girl touch. The company’s in-house design department adds a feminine touch to every Gogie Girl design and creates custom logos for clients and business partners.

The LPGA is the longest-running women’s professional sports association in the world. For more information, contact Gogie Girl at (888) GOGIE-GO (464-4346) or john@gogiegirl.com - www.gogiegirl.com.
