DID YOU GET YOUR RESERVATION FOR THE HEADWEAR ASSOCIATION DINNER THIS WEEK?

This is last call folks. The Headwear Association dinner and business meeting (if you so desire) is tomorrow night at Tavern on the Green. I guarantee you will enjoy yourself and marvel at the camaraderie and good vibes that reach out each year at this event.

It’s the one time of the year that we all come together to share, compare and look upon each other as friends in the same race.

These are difficult times to be a retailer, a hatter, a citizen and a manufacturer, but with help from your industry peers you can learn a lot (and make contacts). If nothing else you will be pleasantly surprised at how much there is to revel about in this obscure segment of the market.

All the arrows point to the importance of headwear – as top designers tout its relevance as the “must-have” accessory – so get on board. Let’s see your face this Thursday at 6:00 for dinner and drinks, or at 4 for the pre-dinner meeting.

All are welcome. I hope to see you all there! It’s the 100th year anniversary.
