Well-established,
award-winning 35-year- old hat company is
still for sale. There are over 1100 men's
and women's wood blocks, , two big ovens,
3 pot blocking plant, fairly new boiler and
8-12 sewing machines on a master motor. All
equipment is kept in excellent condition.
Sale also includes extensive amount of raw
material, such as fur felt bodies and velour
bodies, Panamas, ramie straws, and sisals,
Swiss braids, trims, feathers, etc.
Clients include Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Holt
Renfrew, Canada, Traffic, Los Angeles, Isetan
in Japan and much more.
Owner is no longer able to run the company
full time. However, owner will be completely
available for the transition and for consultation,
designing future collections and meeting with
major buyers (should buyer desire that).
An amazing staff, that has been with company
for a very long time is in place.
Factory can remain where it is, lease is negotiable,
or the entire contents can be moved to new
