EVENT AT HARRODS ON JUNE 4 AND 5

On Thursday June 4th from 4-6pm and Friday June
5th, 3-5pm there will be a millinery event with
headwear greats Philip Treacy and Victoria Grant.
The hat event will take place at Harrods in London
at the first floor millinery department. According
to our source, How2hats, this is a great event
to attend.
According to How2hats, “the season for
weddings and sporting events is now upon us,
bringing with it a bewildering style dilemma.
How do you pick the perfect hat?
Finding flattering headwear can seem a challenge.
Factors such as face-shape and hairstyle can
make or break the overall effect. Is it better
to select a hat to suit your outfit, or should
you make your headwear the focal point by pairing
it with something simple?.
Once your choice has been determined, etiquette
issues may also arise. If attending a wedding,
for example, when is it considered appropriate
to remove your headwear?
Fortunately, Harrods is hosting a two-day millinery
spectacular to address all of your styling queries
and assist you in making the perfect purchase.”
Millinery gurus Philip Treacy and Victoria Grant
will be there to offer styling advice on Thursday
June 4th from 4-6pm and experts Peter Bettley
and Rachel Trevor-Morgan will be there on Friday
5th June from 3-5pm.”
