Patriot Golf Day was held at 5000 participating golf courses. They offered three limited-edition logo caps in honor of Patriot Golf Day. The three logos on the front of the cap were the F-16 Viper fighter jet logo, the F-16 Viper fighter jet logo with the Patriot Golf Day logo and the Folds of Honor Foundation logo.

Each cap had the Folds of Honor Foundation words on the back of the cap. The Ahead limited edition caps sold for $19 at participating Patriot Golf Day courses.
