New Store Openings in Hagerstown, Maryland:
Two new stores are opening at Prime Outlets at Hagerstown.

Lids, the headwear retailer,will open a store this month, according to Prime Outlets at Hagerstown Marketing Manager Angie Riford.

New York & Company Outlet, known for its contemporary line of women’s clothing and accessories, will open a 3,400-square-foot store as well.

New York & Company recently announced the launch of 20 to 25 outlet stores in the US.

Prime Outlets at Hagerstown is at 495 Prime Outlets Boulevard.

   

Danielle Steel Loves her Christian Louboutin Shoes – Someone in the Hat Industry should befriend this inveterate shopper:
Christian Louboutin says his business grew by double digits in 2009. He told reporters at Vanity Fair that he owes a lot of his sales (340,000 pairs of shoes a year) to Danielle Steel, who is said to have 6,000 pairs of the shoes.

“She comes to Paris, and she literally buys everything. Then she flies back to New York, says, ‘I’m a little disappointed — there’s nothing in the store,’ and walks out with 80 pairs,” he said. “She is super."
