Protective Headwear gets a Heads Up from the Wales Postal workers:
Mail carriers are now protecting themselves from the sun by wearing wide brimmed hats on the Job. According to the Daily Post in North Wales, postal carriers are going to wear cricket-style sun hats to work instead of baseball caps. Dr. Steve Deacon, the head of health for the postal workers said, “"Our people already have a peaked, baseball-style cap which offers shade, but the new hat is another way they can work outside and enjoy the fine weather without worrying about burning. We practice the best health and safety advice, and when it comes to working outside, that advice is the same for all of us, it's best to cover up with hats and loose-fitting clothing to protect yourself if the sun's heat is fierce. Royal Mail bosses hoped the wide-brimmed hats will help prevent workers developing sun-related illnesses.”

Hello… US Postal workers, where are your hats? Someone might want to try to contact the US Postal service

HEADWRAPS STAY ON TOP:
We’ve seen the Doo-Rag on Urban men, but get ready for the women’s version. It seems that the ladies market has interpreted head wraps and headbands in colorful fabrics. These head wraps and headbands, that hold hair in place, are gaining momentum.
