If my memory serves me correctly the current fashion climate is decidedly 60’s. These photos were taken at parties in New York City and at stores on Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue. Color was King…and prints played out their drama on cloth. There was a lack of printed hats, but If I were a hat manufacturer I would check out the beautiful scarves at Hermes and Ralph Lauren. These colorful prints would make great bucket hats or baseball caps, especially the pastel printed beach scenes.
