Lumber-jackets are in, according to the fashionistas at Globe Style. “This season, women can bring out their inner Brawny Man by donning stylized versions of the classic checkered flannel lumber jackets.” Companies such as Smythe (www.smythelesvestes.com), Beckerman sisters, (www.beckermans.com),H&M and Marks Work Warehouse (www.marks.com) have hopped on the wagon with this rustic man-girl fashion look. Lucky Magazine also features rustic check jackets and flannel plaid shirts on page 64 (luckymag.com). It was a Lucky editor Pick for October…so that must mean something to impressionable young fashionistas (or shopaholics).
